We supply the highest quality of firewood. We are a family run business based in Haddenham that supply to both domestic and commercial customers across Aylesbury, Haddenham and the surrounding towns and villages.
All of our seasoned logs are cut to approximately 10-11″ and dried in our storage unit specifically designed to ensure that they stay dry until delivered.

Every log we purchase is from a sustainable source
Flossy's Logs only supplies hardwoods sourced from sustainable British woodland. Trees are cut as part of the natural thinning process to encourage more light and a better environment for the remaining trees.
We never compromise on quality
When choosing wood for burning there are two significant factors which have an effect on the amount of available heat per unit (volume) of fuel.
1. Moisture content
Any water in the timber has to boil away before the wood will burn, and this will reduce the net energy released as useful heat (as opposed to steam up the chimney). Logs that aren’t dry will result in a fire that smoulders and creates lots of tars and smoke. These tars can be corrosive, potentially damaging the lining of the flue and increasing the danger of a chimney fire. Wet logs will tend to blacken glass in stoves even if the stove is designed to keep the glass clean. All our hardwood logs are thoroughly moisture tested.
2. Wood density
Denser wood tends to burn for a longer period of time meaning fewer ‘top ups’ are required to keep a log stove burning for a given length of time. For this reason alone we only sell hardwood. We believe it offers the best value to our customers.

Hardwood logs – £115 per bag
All of our seasoned logs are moister tested and cut to approximately 10-11″. We supply our Hardwood in 0.7M3 bags (Approximately 200 logs).
Kindling – £4 per bag or 3 bags for £10 – CURRENTLY SOLD OUT
Our bags of kindling will be delivered free of charge when ordered with our hardwood to most addresses within a 12 mile radius.
